Declaration

Every new trial needs to be announced to the clinical trial coordinator, either by the physician or the company using the Trial Declaration Form.

Supporting services

If the study involves the pharmacy or other medical or technical support services, specific request forms need to be completed depending on the service involved.

The head of the department needs to be contacted to discuss practical arrangements prior to Ethics Committee submission.

Ethics Committee

Prior to submission the checklist (+ overview) for the EC needs to be completed and the requested documents to be added either electronically or in paper to the submission file. The Ethics Committee gathers every month according to a predefined schedule.
